Food Alignment

If you have been struggling with weight loss and energy levels, checking which foods may better suit you or which ones to avoid may help with these issues. 

 

It has long been understood that food plays a significant part in being able to feel at your best and maintain a healthy weight.   

 

Did you know that if a food is seen as an invader by your immune system, it will be attacked!  It is during this attack by T-Cells that the inflammatory response is triggered.  If we know which foods are better for us and which to avoid, natural weight loss and a rise in energy levels could be accessed by most people. 

 

The Food Alignment session taps into your subconscious to ‘ask’ which foods are your personal triggers!  It is possible that once you know which foods are on your ‘red’ list, you can make every effort to avoid them and to perhaps replace them with foods that your body has no issue with, some of which may be new to you.  If there are foods that you feel that you cannot live without, we can endeavour to find out if there are any energetic misalignments which are preventing them from being ‘acceptable’ to your body and these may be worked on in a standard session.  Please note:  It is impossible to know which foods we can render acceptable until we begin the process.  Perhaps some will always be an issue/trigger and should be avoided.
